strange and slightly frustrating day at work... so went running to work it off...

The knee is still dodgy... but I'm getting it checked out tomorrow...

however... the rain had stopped and there was even a tiny gap in the clouds when I reached the beach... Grey skies had descended by the time I got home though... but it was nice well it lasted...
