Mono Monday - Beginning

The daffodils on the avenue have been emerging since Christmas Day marking a new beginning in their life cycle.  My contribution to the Mono Monday Challenge kindly hosted by Osuzanna.

Even the birds seem confused about the weather.  I watched a pair of crows mating this morning and the squirrels are extremely skittish.

There's about a week to go before we find out if Blip will survive.  Around £90,000 has been pledged so far, which unfortunately is not nearly enough.  I understand there are around 3,000 blippers and just over 700 participated in the January 1st plea.  Maybe only around 700 have pledged and if so how do we reach out to the majority to ask for their help?  I don't know the answer.
