Second Christmas!

As Emma and Mike were away with their Mum in Norway over Christmas, they came to see us today to celebrate Christmas all over again!

Emma (and boyfriend, Dom) and Mike arrived last night, and I cooked them an italian dinner, this morning began with a full breakfast at 9am, then present opening. We decided on a three-bird roast for lunch, and Emma and Dom offered to make a starter - dough balls, stuffed with Mozzarella and Pesto. (we finished off with a Panettone and butter pudding that was as light as a feather (but probably still had a few calories) 

A great day - it was so nice to see them all.
