Dudley Museum and Art Gallery
One of the rooms in the museum - the museum is under threat of closure, which would be dreadful. It really is a great asset, and though closure would save maintenance costs, it would seem that it would be very difficult to use it for other purposes, so it would not be all that attractive to buyers. And it is surely a protected building?
Staying with my theme for the week of 'different', this was shot with a Ricoh Theta S.I'm finding the apps to manipulate the 360 degree images very difficult to use - I know how I want to process the images, but the documentation is dreadful, and I can't find a way to do what I want with them. If you go to my web site, and look in the Photo Diary section, you should get a link to an alternative animated view - I haven't checked the Ts and Cs, but I suspect that I'm not allowed to provide a link to it from here! I'll probably post some more shots taken with this camera, though I hope that I can work out how to use the apps better.
Still quite a way to go to save Blipfoto as I understand it - I do hope we can achieve the target, as it's difficult to envisage life without it now, after 4 years.
