Pavlova

I had egg whites left over from another recipe and decided to make a Pavlova.  Not normally one of my favourite puddings as I am not keen on meringue but I really liked this one.  

This is a blip of the two remaining pieces after they had been put in a plastic box in the fridge overnight.  Tasted even better today.  

Well, it was this or another picture of Morecambe Bay!
