Well hello, handsome!

When I was in London I would very occasionally play in a viol consort. I was a shockingly bad player,  but was lucky to know a few people who tolerated my scratching away ..

However since moving back to Hull I have literally not opened the case - until today! I have done no more than give it an initial tuning - it'll be a while before it settles down as the strings have been so loose for so long.

In other news - domesticity and de-Christmassing have been the main activities today.
