Faded Flower

Today brought the first day back at work after the holidays, the 5:15am alarm made an unwelcome return. Thankfully today was a car sharing day and my liftshare was driving, it makes such a difference given that it regularly takes over an hour to get to the office.

Today is day 4 of my renewed Blip endeavour, we bought these lilies before Christmas and they're now past what most people would consider to be their best, but I love the translucency they develop as they fade.
