A Wee Brook

I attended my first ever Boxfit class tonight and I have to say it was brilliant fun! Had a great time and actually felt great afterwards not sore in the slightest which I was shocked at. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new class. Afterwards headed to the flat to cook dinner for Zoe who was coming over for a good catch up. It was a great night and so nice to see her after so long.
