Middlesbrough's Transporter Bridge

A fantastic bit of engineering.  Whilst waiting for Jennifer to finish her Uni interview, I had a wander round Middlesbrough, never having been there before.  One of the many architectural gems was this fantastic bridge dating from 1911.  I should have travelled across it but decided to come back in the car with Jennifer and have the full Transporter experience.  Sadly, I decided on reflection that an 18yo girl in 2016 would not be in the least bit interested in such matters so will have
 to visit again someday - another one for the Bucket List.
