Valiant fuchsia

For surviving all the storms so far. Blipped on my way to the Filmhouse to see Ice and the Sky, an excellent film about the work of Claude Lorius in Antarctica. He was the first to demonstrate the effects of climate change by examining ice cores - going back up to 400,000 years. He endured terrible conditions to do so, which made the story all the more gripping. It's showing tomorrow too, do catch it if you can.
