The Subject

My new camera had a bit of a funny turn today, so I gave it to the resident camera expert- my mum ;-)

I wasn't concerned with anything much except eating my porridge, while she fiddled with the settings.

When I popped my SD card in today, I found these pics of what she took. I particularly like the other one, which I've saved entitled 'pokey-eyes' :-) I had make up in my eye and was trying to remove it!

Nothing to report today. It was grey, it rained, and it feels like groundhog's day. But I am treasuring the long evenings, spent in solitude and calmness in my cosy pad.

Oh, and I went for another run in the dark tonight. Not much fun. 2k in 14 minutes. A bit slow but no aches afterwards this time. And it can't do any harm.
