Frustrations

Very strange start to the day (back to school day for the teachers), driving to work feeling very ill, and finally admitting defeat after an hour to come home. So frustrating, worked hard to support with the content for the day and I wanted to be part of how it evolved. But my friend was correct "don't be a marter"

Little I could do at home as work access wasn't working. Felt much better after a rest and some toast and have put it down to my medication- one of them is anti-nausea!
