January 4th

During our walk today, I think I stumbled upon a cardinal fight club. They were all gathered in that ant grass patch. I tried zooming in as much as possible but my lens could only go so far and if I got closer I knew they would fly away. 

During that walk, the dogs were going crazy looking for jackrabbits. I think they hide out in a pile of utility wood poles (at least I think that's what they are) that are behind a church we walk through. 

I also started to try and train my German Shepherd, she knows some commands but only listens when she wants to and/or I have a ball. I bought a dog training book and I've started to try and train her right.
