Duns, day one...

Despite rain and trains conspiring against the common traveller, we made it to Berwick-upon-Tweed to meet up with my parents for a week's holiday in Duns.

The cottage we're staying in a stables conversion and this door is a few feet along.

We arrived late afternoon, so not much chance for blip hunting: this immediately caught my eye.
