Be outside

So today I'm helping to clear out an old bike shop in the village to make way for us moving in. Frustrations for me are that I can't go for a lunch time run - nevermind - I found an old BMX to rag around for a while. I'll be running before swimming tonight anyway. So I'm just greatful to be able to get outside in the cold sun of winter. Even if it is on a beaten up old bike.
