Too early

This photo was taken around 3.15.  I know we are only weeks beyond the shortest day, but it was darkening ridiculously early.

My choice of photo, featuring trees, was probably coloured by just coming from the cinema where I so loved "The Danish Girl". So moving, so beautiful - do try and see it. I would not be surprised to see a few Oscar nominations heading in that direction - and it is only January
