Eyes That Paralyse

Left my phone at work so had to go back :(
On the way home I thought I'd stop off to the see the Children of The Damned!
I've blipped them before, but in daylight hours! This felt far more sinister!
Strangest thing though, when I loaded the photos for editing I noticed that this odd bod had been crying! 
It hasn't rained here this afternoon and I haven't manipulated it in any way. 
The guy in the extra seems to have had his nose lopped off!
Weird... :/
