Pie eyed

Leo has developed a taste for mince pies so he is helping with the 'eat up all the Christmas goodies' campaign. We have enough to last us until about Easter, I reckon. We were very good and didn't buy too much this year but we did rather well for edible presents so have plenty to keep us going :)

He enjoyed his first day back but has decided that his new headteacher is not as exciting as the last one! Poor woman - written off on her first day! He says she did some acting and 'there was just no need for that!' I can't get enough sense out of him to know what that was all about but he was clearly underwhelmed. Luckily my mum gave a much more favourable report and says the Head clearly knows what she is about so it all looks good.
