Hare Today Gone Tomorrow......

BMJnr decided that he would skin the Hare that I bought back from the shoot on Saturday so I let him.
This Hare wasn't shot but the dogs caught it after a deer and another Hare came out of the wood, the made a bit of a mess of it but we managed to recover the loins and rear legs so we have a meal or two in the freezer now.
