We had a very bad experience tonight with a double glazing salesman. The original quote was £12000 but if we signed up there and then we could have a special promotion price of £8000. When we said we couldn't afford that he made a phone call to HQ and they reduced the cost to £6000. I hate this sort of selling and find it very hard to be polite.
