Evening road trip to Helsinki

After workday I walked to the city centre to my hairdresser. She needed to cancel my appointment so I had some time to spend while waiting for hubby to pick me up. It was awfully cold! In the evening we drove to Helsinki to pick up dear Emma, the ferry from Tallinn arrived at 20:30 .

It was great to get pleased and happy girl to the car. On the way home we stopped for a snack and were home a few minutes before midnight. In the car we listened ice hockey World Junior Championship finale. In a tense and thrilling climax, Kasperi Kapanen's overtime winner at 1:33 gave host Finland a 4-3 gold medal victory over Russia.
