Osprey

I've been observing this osprey family - parents and three chicks - since the end of May. (See here.) The chicks have been flying for a few days now... just very short flights at first, but getting longer. They have not yet learned to dive for fish, so they still return to the nest and wait for a parent to bring home food.

This is one of the three chicks.
