Resolution Time (2)
New year resolution number 2 is to improve my fitness. The photo shows my first bike ride of the year (22 miles in 100min).
Last year I logged a total of almost 1200 miles by bike or on foot. My target for this year is to hit 3000 miles in total.
More specific targets are...
1. To cycle 100km in a day.
2. To attempt Sa Calobra by bike
3. To do the Dales Cycle Way
4. To make some progress with completing The Wainrights - focus will be on the Central and Eastern Fells.
5. Walk the Pembrokshire Coastal Path.
6. Be ready for our trek to Everest Base Camp in October.
