Into the dark and fog

Posting early today (relatively speaking), as we are later heading north to the beach for the weekend. Had my run in the dark and fog this morning.

As I was passing the Eden Park/Kingsland station a train was just leaving heading for the city. Up onto the platform getting out the camera, a quick frame up, steady the hands, then let the automaticity of the camera do its work.

I took more care with a couple of later pictures during my run, and none is as clear nor as evocative of the early morning fog through which the passengers on this train were completing their journey from the west into the central city.
