Smoked garlic

Many of you might disagree but I love the smell of any smoked food and particularly of smoked garlic. I used it today in a pasta one pot recipe.

Spent most of the day wading through the backlog of "just jobs" that accumulated over the time we were away. Completed my third annual calendar using Snapfish, each month being illustrated by a shot from blip for that month. Got a 50% discount too.

Chris and De'Shaun took ownership of their first home together on 4th January. They're moving to San Marcos about an hour north of San Diego. We're going over to see them in March and are planning to travel to the Grand Canyon too, so I've been doing a bit of research about how best to see this wonder of the world.
