Swamped

Pilates this morning. A very good turnout with everyone trying to shake off the festive excesses.

Out for a Jet walk this afternoon. Following flash floods which cut off Whitby yesterday it was hardly surprising to see the beck full to bursting. The flood works are fortunately avoiding major flooding of the town. This footpath bridge however succumbed to the increased volume of water.

Still mild. Oh for some frosts to give the water chance to drain away.
