Fading fast

The orchid flowers are fading fast now but it has had a good innings. I am pleased to say that after heavy overnight rain, today has been dry and sunny. We went out for a long drive and went through many Dorset and Devon villages. We stopped on our return at the oldest family butchers in the UK where they sell more unusual meats. I will have to dig out my recipe for curried goat, a meat that is difficult to get hold of as was reported on Countryfile last week.
