Relief.

Stopped off at Sainsbury's this morning on the way to pick up a colleague from Shrewsbury.

As I got out of the car, with not prior warning whatsoever, the old back went.

So, with the aid of a zimmer frame  supermarket trolley, I made my way to the pharmacy counter, grabbed these and popped a couple there and then.

I told you some of my blips would be boring, but we're six days into the New Year and doing well. Only 360 to go!
