Fresh Ingredients
Today I cooked a really delicious chicken curry with potatoes and fresh spinach. Curry goes really well on our stall and generally we sell out on the day which is ideal to keep the food offering fresh.
Customers have asked me how I achieve the taste they have grown to like in the 8 months we have been open. I think the key to that taste is to use fresh ingredients. The heart of every curry has to be fresh coriander garlic chilli and ginger.
I took this photo and it got very good reaction across our social medIan accounts. The curry sold out within the lunchtime period with several regulars asking when the next curry would be on.
