Tomfoolery

Matthew was larking about as usual at racerunning doing running bike 'ballet'. Rafi wanted to copy him, here he is having a go on Matt's bike and finding it wasn't as easy as Matt makes it look!!
We were joined today by a new recruit Orla, she did very well, hopfully she'll be back again next week.
