After an utterly exhausting day, I was finally reunited with my bubba at 415!

She woke up about 6 and went into Aunty Emma as she couldn't find monkey in her bed. It took them both a couple of minutes to realise it was in fact morning anyway. Apparently the three girls got ready for school really quickly. They were going to breakfast club at school; apparently Katie was a bit nervous about it and said to lydi she was worried because she'd not been before. She said later that she'd had fun though.

After school, lydis grandparents picked them up and took them to her daddy's for a snack - and late Christmas presents!

Katie returned to me just in time for her music lesson. I got the biggest cuddle at the door. She had a mixed result at her lesson. When she concentrated, she was awesome. She did some great work on her clarinet fora few minutes. She enjoyed the duet time, both with her teacher and when her & it worked on ours. But she was a bit of a monkey overall and didn't entirely cooperate, which is very unusual. She even decided that she shouldn't get her sticker for a good job in her lesson! That said, as soon as we had a big cuddle at home, she sat down and did almost everything her teacher had asked her to take away and think about!  She went to bed pretty early and was sparko very quickly!
