Last Minute Decisions

Decided to pop out late this evening to get a picture. Headed down to a bit of the M40 where the High Tension power lines run along side the motorway, in the hope I could get a picture of them beside the motorway with light trails. Didn't quite work out on 2 accounts. 1 - Too late to get some sky to help on the picture, and 2 - Sky was a thick blanket of cloud, so it made it very dark and very bland.

Went off for a wander down a footpath, underneath the power lines, listening to the crackle of the electricity at the pylons, and took this picture looking up at the iron men that stride across the countryside.
