Slimming World. Whatever you want to call it.
Tonight I rejoined Slimming World for the 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th time. This time I swear I'm sticking to it. 255 days until I go travelling and I need to lose this weight. I'm the heaviest I've ever been...
So we went to McDonalds after getting weighed to save our feelings. Then went to Tesco to buy healthy things.

Today was exciting. When driving into work this morning a security guard was stopping all the cars. When I got to him he asked if I was here for the TV show. I told him no I wasn't and went on into work.
Turns out they were filming scenes for The Fall in the Duke of Connaught unit which used to be the military wing of the hospital.
Unfortunately I didn't see Jamie Dornan :(
