Best. Topic. Ever.

Littlest one came bouncing out of school today and announced this term's topic - Chocolate! 

Which perfectly collided with a video I'd seen earlier in the day about making homemade chocolate fudge, so off we went to local shops, got the ingredients, and got busy.

Surprisingly easy, and even more surprisingly successful. We made a top fudge! Not particularly good for the New Year diet though... but ah well... I can always restart tomorrow.
