Last year we replaced all the carpeting in the two lobby's, today all £6500 of it ended up in the skip due to some reaction between the carpet, glues and underlay (don't ask me but I've had experts galore treading all over them for months), the new arrives on the morrow so I took the opportunity to do something stupid.
