Not Another Food Blip!?!

This week I am trying really hard to always meet a 10,000 step a day goal and eat only when I am hungry and when I do eat, make healthy and good choices - the food bit isn't hard.

Tonight dinner was a recipe courtesy of the Hairy Dieters book.  Fishy type pie type thing with a tonne of lovely broccoli - yum.

Having an office job means that the steps thing is actually a real chore!  I've been walking on the treadmill to Jessica Jones on Netflix to tot up that count.

Jessica Jones was really enjoyable.  I LOVED it!  Fantastic ending and I am really looking forward to the second season.  

Also no caffeine post 12pm - here is hoping I can get a good nights sleep and on that note......off we go....
