This Sooty Oystercatcher was enjoying some fine dining of uni (kina or for the rest of us sea urchin).

Some goodish news from Nikon. After a truly pathetic sobby email I have received and approved the quote for repairs. A further email sending flight details and itinerary (nosy parkers) has placed the repairs on priority so that it will be ready by the time I leave in early August. I have a Plan B which has been put into effect. Watch this space.
