The wanderer has returned!

This is Xorti our Tunisian tortoise being warmed up with a shower after having spent the night "lost" in the garden. He is mostly an indoors tortoise but has his own garden area, which he enjoys during the dry summer days. However, yesterday he managed to escape. After several hours, last night and this morning, searching for him in the pouring rain, I found him, at lunchtime, today very cold and wet. A similar condition to myself by that time! So glad he's back safe and sound. He's now sleeping under his heat lamp indoors where I know he can't escape from.
