In hiding

Just before the 2012 Olympics Newham council decided that they didn't like the look of the 1970's stratford shopping centre that greeted "guests" arriving at the main venue train station. So they spent a great deal of someone's money hiding it behind this "artwork"!
I don't think it works do you?
