Abstract Thursday: On the tiles

A bit of Photoshop fun... I started with a photo of our kitchen tiles (see extra), made it into two duplicate layers, twirled them in opposite directions and played with blending modes.

I think there's a lot more scope for abstracts from playing with the symmetical repeating pattern...expect me to be back on the tiles for future Abstract Thursdays :)
