Magestic - Blue Sky Blip

This afternoon was beautifully sunny so a relatively swift walk around Goldings produced this blue-sky blip. What a change after day after grey day.

Things are on the up - ssh don't tell anyone but I am walking quite a lot faster. I saw my consultant earlier and although he said I need to carry on doing the physio and being patient, (aaaargh), he reassured me that the pain spikes and muscle spasms are just my body's reaction to the surgery and that they will stop eventually. (Tbf they are already far fewer). One day I might even be able to bend down and tie my own shoe laces lol! Joking aside, I've seen a step change for the better this week and am looking forward to more blue skies.
