NEW SHOES

Neil saw some running shoes in TK Maxx at The Metrocentre on Monday.  I said I would buy them for him so he can start training for The London Marathon.  So I met him today in TK Maxx where he tried on the shoes, confirmed they were Ok and I paid for them.  Neil was on his lunch hour so he went straight back to work.  He was working near the Metrocentre today so he just walked the short distance ( well it was a short distance for him - I would have got a bus )

I stayed in The Metrocentre and mooched around the shops.  Managed to get a few things in The Sales.  The shops weren't busy at all.

We finally had a day without rain but it has turned colder.  Still no sunshine.
