Rose and Arthur had appointments at the doctors this afternoon - he had been booked in for his jabs next week - necessary I know but I couldn't take him.
Builders still cracking on - all the roof timbers should be up by the end of next week and then the roofer comes in the week after. A huge piece of steel for the roof arrived this morning.
Clare has told the staff at both schools that she will be leaving on July and joining me in retirement ( very early in her case).
