Many people think they should be behind bars ....

The Indian Miner was introduced from India in the 1800,s . An aggressive garden bird that occupies the nesting hollows of smaller birds , chasing them away . The extra photo is the Australian version , just as aggressive but it is a honey eater so not a threat to young of other birds . Also now considered a pest due to aggressive territorial behaviour . The RSPCA considers a cull may be necessary to protect the smaller species .
