Chained pole

Took my camera to work for the first time in over a month. All last month, doing my karate shots, I didn't bother carrying it around, and the start of this month was too wet to do so. Today has been beautiful, so I did. I managed to get all my morning's notes done with time to spare, such that I actually had time at lunch to go for a walk in the lovely sun (as opposed to typing frantically the whole time), so that was excellent. A few shots made their way to Flickr, but something here just grabbed me for the day's pic:
