Abersychan Woods

You won't believe this!   I actually got B to come to Aquarobics with me this morning at Pontypool Active Living Centre.   Its only taken me a year!  After  Christmas last year B said he would like to join the class so I got the usual forms to fill in and gave them to him.   I don't know what happened to them they just disappeared.   Similarly, the other day he said the very same thing, so I got new forms and we went this morning!   I haven't been for a couple of years so I wasn't sure if I would see anyone I knew but was pleasantly surprised to see Rosemary, Jackie and Pat.  B said he really enjoyed the exercise, so I think it might be a regular thing.
