The wind continues, however, we do have lovely sunshine as well.

As Al is still confined to barracks, I went shopping on my own again this morning!   Let loose I bought a lightweight quilted jacket in the sales - a bargain!   I did need it, something to keep the wind out but light enough not to be too warm.

This afternoon we called round to see friends and I had meant to visit a particular plant for Flower Friday but forgot, so I have taken one of my succulents.   

I think it is a Kalanchoe - they bear very brightly coloured flowers and these are just coming out.   They tend to take no looking after which is great for me!   I love the colour of this one.
