Working from home!

As you can see, working from home can be extremely productive. This clootie dumpling was made for a Polish work colleague. I have no idea what his family will make of it but I'm sure they will enjoy it. 

And the rules of clootie dumpling are:

1. Day one and two eat as a cake
2. Day three and four eat with cream or custard as a sweet
3. Day five and six fry and have with a full breakfast!!!
