Friday

A day that was finished (after steak for dinner) with a brief trip for us all down the village pub. Oliver played with the other boys in the hall / passageway with their tablets, Emma played with another little girl, and we sat and had a drink, chatting with a number of people from in the village. All rather nice.

In other news, I went along to Oliver's school to see him receive a pupil of the week award for 'a really strong argument during a class debate - putting his opinions across respectfully and thoughtfully' Well done Oliver.
