Lake Whatcom

Today I took Helena to an appointment and then to Haggen's. We had a good time together. She is doing so well it makes me very happy.

When I got home I took a nice long walk in the park. I took this photo near Bloedel Donovan Park. I love how the sky is reflected in the water. I walked down into Whatcom Falls Park. There were lots of ducks on Derby Pond. The extra is "Blondie" the hybrid Mallard who has such a lovely blond color in her feathers. It was great to walk and relax all on my own.

Arvin just arrived so I'd better get on with our quiet evening together. Have a lovely day and evening everybody.
